The chalet is located in a charming and small-scale holiday park, right by the beautiful Afritzer See in the sunny southern part of Carinthia. You will be staying amidst breathtaking scenery with mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and vast nature reserves. Whether you choose peace and relaxation with a book, or want to actively explore the surroundings — you can enjoy it here to the fullest in every season.
In winter, the area transforms into a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. About 15 kilometers away lies Bad Kleinkirchheim, where you can find over 100 kilometers of slopes and modern lifts. This ski area is suitable for both families and experienced winter sports enthusiasts. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approximately 13 kilometers) and offers about 50 to 55 kilometers of descents, with impressive views — ideal for both beginners and advanced skiers.
The Afritzer See is beautifully situated in Carinthia and is known for its clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. The well-maintained beach areas with sunbathing lawns, piers, and mountain views make it a wonderful place to swim, sunbathe, and unwind.
