The chalet is located on a small idyllic chaletpark right on the Afritzer See, in the sunny south of Carinthia. All around you: imposing mountains, crystal-clear lakes and endless greenery. Whether you want to relax with a book or get active - it's all possible here, all year round!
In winter, the region turns into a true winter sports paradise. Just 15 km away is Bad Kleinkirchheim with 103 km of slopes, modern lifts and fun for everyone from families to experienced skiers. The sunny Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approx. 13 km), with 50-55 km of runs and breathtaking views - ideal for beginners and advanced skiers alike.
