The location of this holiday apartment is ideal in summer as well as in winter. In summer, you have a wide range of leisure activities from this accommodation. For beginners as well as for advanced hikers, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature in the surrounding area. Lake Ossiach is right in front of you, here you can spend a beautiful day on the water. In winter, you can take the shuttle bus to the Kanzelbahn with your ski pass for the Gerlitzen ski area. Here you can let off steam on 42 kilometres of slopes. Both the beginner and the advanced skier will find the right slope here.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der erwähnte Straßenlärm ist nur uf dem Balkon zu hören, in der Wohnung selbst bekommt man davon nichts mit. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit am Ossiacher See. Elfie ist jederzeit erreichbar und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Both the ski bus and parking at the gondola are free. If the car park at the Kanzelbahn gondola is full, you can park for free at Annenheim campsite, from there a free ski bus goes to the gondola.
