Just enjoy this spacious holiday apartment with a relaxation area and infrared sauna, located near several beautiful lakes and various ski and hiking areas. Comfortably furnished, it is ideal for relaxation or active days outdoors. Whether enjoying the various stunning views from the large balcony, sunny days by the water, or hiking and winter sports in the mountains – every season has something to offer here! The holiday apartment is located in the picturesque village of Feistritz ob Bleiburg, in the sunny south of Carinthia, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to the mild climate and many hours of sunshine, you can enjoy expansive views of hills, mountains, forests, and valleys.
The Petzen Bergbahnen ski area, with about 17 km of slopes, is approximately 300 meters from the apartment, making it a beautiful area for hiking and mountain biking even outside of winter. Other ski areas such as Klippitztörl and Koralpe, which offer clear slopes for families and beginners, can be reached within 25-30 minutes by car. This holiday region also offers an extensive network of walking and biking trails, ranging from leisurely walks to challenging panoramic routes, as well as beautifully maintained cross-country skiing tracks in winter.
For water sports and sun, lake Klopeiner See, known as the warmest swimming lake in Europe with a charming promenade, is less than a 25-minute drive away. Further along are the idyllic lake Turnersee and lake Sonnegger See. A must-visit is the stunning lake Wörthersee, featuring cozy terraces and charming towns such as Velden, Pörtschach, and Maria Wörth/Reifnitz, and of course the beautiful lake Pirkdorfer See, located about 500 meters from the holiday apartment.
This holiday region is ideal for cyclists and mountain bikers year-round, with challenging routes and the spectacular Bike Park Petzen. In Feistritz ob Bleiburg and the nearby villages, you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés, while Slovenia invites you for cultural and culinary excursions.

In the sunny south of Carinthia, there are four small and charming ski resorts: Petzen, Koralpe, Klippitztörl, and Weinebene. Here, you can ski in peace, without mass tourism, on manageable and sunny slopes set in nature. Koralpe offers wide descents up to over 2,000 meters in altitude, while Klippitztörl and Weinebene are particularly loved by families due to their friendly prices and relaxed atmosphere. Petzen completes the list, located almost next to the holiday apartment, with varied slopes and a stunning view towards Slovenia. Together, these areas form an ideal destination for those who enjoy space, authenticity, and carefree skiing fun!

From Feistritz ob Bleiburg, it's about 35-40 km to the Wörthersee, making it ideal for a day trip or an extended stay filled with relaxation and adventure.
