During the booking process of the guest we register your unique link code and the booking is automatically linked to you. The processing of the booking, commission and invoicing are now automatically processed correctly.

Who is Villa for You?

Villa for You was founded in June 2020 by passionate travel rental and holiday home experts and is specialised in the rental of high quality, unique holiday homes.

Where can I find the general terms and conditions?

You will receive the general terms and conditions for such cooperation during contact with your personal contact partner.

How do I place a booking?

You can place a booking via your personal link through the regular booking process. It is important that the booking is made in the name of the guest. This to avoid confusion on arrival, the owner of the holiday home must of course know who to let in.

Can I place an option?

You can! Options can only be placed by colleagues from the service team. The best way to do this is to call +31 (0)20 217 0050. An option placed is valid for 48 hours, if not confirmed, it will automatically expire. When placing an option, always mention that it must be placed under your personal link.

Which bookings are paid for?

You place the booking through your personal link. The processing of the booking, commission and invoicing is then done correctly automatically.

When is the payment made?

In the month after the guest's arrival you will automatically receive an invoice from Villa for You in which the commission is processed. Two weeks after receiving the invoice, we will transfer this amount to your bank account.

How much is the commission?

This depends on several factors. Please contact us to determine the exact commission for you as an agent or organisation.

Where can I find an overview of my bookings?

After booking, you can login to our MyBooking page using the email address on which the booking was made. Here you will find all the details of the stay per booking made.
