The semi-detached holiday home is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Cogolin and consists of two floors. The ground floor accommodates a lovely, large covered terrace with BBQ and close to the swimming pool. Here you can prepare your BBQ in all ease while the kids play in the pool. The entrance on the first floor is reached via an external staircase and a second large and terrace. Here you can enjoy the last sunrays of the day. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From your house you can walk to the cosy village of Cogolin and get your croissants or drink a café au lait on the terrace. Don't forget the brocante market on Thursdays, where you can still find that forgotten Picasso! This region is one of the most beautiful regions in the South of France with large white sandy beaches, the azure blue Mediterranean Sea and the cosiest coastal towns such as Sainte-Maxime, Port-Grimaud and Saint-Tropez.
Hire a boat in the colourful water town of Port-Grimaud, also known as the Venice of France and don't forget that pistachio ice cream! Drive to the most famous beach of the south of France, Plage Pampelonne with the well known beach club 'Club 55'. At the end of the day, on your way back, visit the amusement park (Azurpark) near Saint-Tropez for a candyfloss and a roller coaster (the latter better in a different order...)
