About this holiday home

In a quiet location, yet close to the centre of the well-known flower village of Alpbach, is this lovely chalet with Alpbachtal-Seenland-Card. You have the chalet all to yourself and can therefore enjoy the sun on the beautiful terrace with barbecue in privacy. On the balcony you can end your days in style with a drink of your choice. How wonderful! .

The chalet is about 800 m from the centre of the well-known flower village of Alpbach. The ski bus stops in front of the door and takes you in a short time to the Wiedersbergerhorn gondola valley station, and thus directly to the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau ski area with 113 km of slopes and 25 ski huts. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start right in front of the chalet. Just 800 m away you will find several shops and restaurants, in the centre .

  • Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Der Wasserdruck in beiden Badezimmern ist sehr schlecht! Für ein schnelles abduschen reicht es gerade so. Haare waschen fast unmöglich.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Drei Generationen zusammen, das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, große Zimmer und sehr nett eingerichtetes Wohn-Esszimmer. Besonders schön der Balkon mit der Aussicht.

Great location and well maintained house (even though some elements could do with an update - everything is fully functioning). Beautiful views and calm location. We had an excellent stay: there are a lot of things to do in the surrounding mountains, and when the kids were in bed it was great to read books on the balcony, with this amazing view! Living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. What could be improved: - communication locally (slow response, unclear answers), - basics in the kitchen (despite the description, no supplies whatsoever- pepper, salt and other basics are not expensive but a great service). - faucets (taps) in kitchen and bathrooms: our kids could not/hardly open them
