About this holiday home

As one of a total of three apartments on a farm, you will live the typical Austrian experience here. The apartments are tastefully decorated with lots of wood and the location next to a public playground with slide and swings ensures that the kids never get bored. Prepare the tastiest dishes in your own kitchen and enjoy a drink of your choice on the shared front terrace. All in a prime location!.

A small ski area is just 5 km from Prutz. The larger ski areas of Nauders and Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis, which offer 40 lifts and 100 km of slopes, can be reached quickly. The free ski bus stops just 200 m from the house. The region is home to stunning mountain trails that let you get closer to nature step by step. Hike through forested trails that lead you to breathtaking viewpoints, and enjoy the serenity of crystal-clear mountain lakes .

Good to know

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Wonderful Den Unterkumf war genügend gross für fümf Personen, alle Notwendige war da, kein lärn, ruhige umgebung, gut erreichbar. wir alle waren also gans zufrieden. Keine financielle überraschungen. Gute preis-kwalität-verhaltung Nur die matrassen in das 3-personenzimmer konden mal erneut werden (oder die matrashälter?).

Appartement was groot en netjes. Eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk. Dichtbij skigebied Ladis/Fiss/Serfaus.

Is there a ski storage room and are there ski boot warmers?

There is no separate, enclosed ski storage, nor are there any ski boot warmers. The skis can be put down in a corridor and there is a separate, heated room where the shoes can be put down.

Is it possible to use the Super Summer Card?

The Super Summer Card is only valid for overnight stays in Serfaus Fiss Ladis. You will receive another guest card from us.
