This modern apartment is located directly at the ski resort Kreischberg, in a new and modern Alpine holiday resort, in the particularly versatile holiday region Murau-Kreischberg. Within walking distance you can reach the lifts and slopes. Also the centre of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with its cosy shops and restaurants, can easily be reached on foot. The local train stops directly behind the resort.
This property is facing south, which means you have a lot of sunshine, is modern and tastefully decorated and is located on the first floor. From the bedroom with double bed, you reach the very spacious balcony (7m2) with automatic blinds. Ideal in the summer! In the living room you will find another sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. The modern fully equipped open kitchen, cozy dining area and living room will make you quickly feel at home. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons and is accessible by lift. There is one outdoor parking space available. There is also a locked common storage room for skis with ski boot dryers. Bicycles can also be stored here.
In winter there is a fantastic and snow guaranteed family ski area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts in front of your feet. The Funpark belongs to the absolute world top! Every year major competitions are organised here. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are plenty of opportunities here. Fancy tobogganing? That's also possible here!
In summer a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and terraces. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle along the Murradweg. This is a famous cycle path along the river Mur through the region.
In both summer and winter this region is the ideal place for the active holidaymaker. This region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy the pure Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions.
