In the beautifully situated Wald im Pinzgau, known from the village of Königleiten and of course the popular ski area Zillertal Arena, you will find this beautiful holiday home.
Offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, you will occupy this modernly furnished flat on the 1st floor. As soon as you enter the flat, the friendly Austrian atmosphere welcomes you. Many wood finishes and high quality materials ensure pure luxury. The kitchen and living room are connected to each other, in the kitchen there is a large dining table where 8 persons can be seated. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, but also a fresh coffee bean machine. With a fresh cup of coffee or a delicious latte macchiato you can enjoy the view on the spacious balcony while the sun shines on your face.
In the room you will find a lovely spacious sitting area with television, if desired this sitting area can be used as a double bed and the kitchen can be closed with a sliding door. A special feature of this flat is that it has a beautiful mezzanine with a double bed, very popular among younger guests. This space can also be used as a playroom.
The bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, are high quality and attractively furnished with beautiful wooden floors. In addition, there is a separate bathroom which is equipped with a lovely steam cabin. Just pure relaxation.
Because of the central location between 2 famous ski areas you can reach the Zillertal Arena in about 12 minutes by car and the Wildkogel Arena in 7 minutes by car. The ski bus stop to both ski areas is 100 metres away. With a small surcharge you have both ski areas on 1 ski pass. Both ski areas are truly ideal for families with children. The more experienced skier will also enjoy the wide carving slopes, and beautiful day skiing through the high mountains of Hochkrimml via Königsleiten and Gerlos to Zell am Ziller. The real speedlovers can purchase the Salzburger Superskikarte which gives you access to 2700 km of slopes. Trips to the Kitzbühler Alpen (15 minutes) Kaprun, with its eternal glacier, Zell am See and the famous Saalbach-Hinterglemm are also well worthwhile.
Wald is also highly recommended in spring, summer or autumn. There are various fun excursions for all ages, such as a visit to the nearby, famous Krimmler waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Europe and the beautiful reservoir near Königsleiten. Are you more into action? The Hohe Tauern is Europe's largest nature reserve and offers a true mountain paradise for all hikers and mountain bikers. There is also plenty to do for small children. In the Wildkogel Arena there is a footpath with 10 large slides. And what about the Mountain Carts with which you can fence off the mountain?
