As a winter sportsman, you have a lot of choice here! The Mauterndorf ski area Grosseck Speiereck is located nearby. It is child-friendly, but with 50 km of slopes also has enough challenge and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism! Looking for more? Obertauern, Austria's fashionable and snowiest resort with 26 lifts, and the modern Katschberg can be reached in 12 minutes. Something for everyone!
Mauterndorf is located in the heart of the Lungau. This region is known for its many hours of sunshine, friendly locals, fantastic ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails, golf courses and much more! Discover it yourself!
